As I ordered they took everything seriously and I felt perfectly fine after eating here. The receipt marks your order as "Gluten Allergy" and the staff has the protocol down (changing gloves, etc.). I always order protein style and no sauce (because of cc) and then ask for the sauce in packets when I'm grabbing my order. Shakes and fries are gluten free and yummy too :) I would recommend ordering separately if with others eating burgers with bun. I ordered separate trays but this location mixed up the orders and put my fries with a friend's burger. I was anxious about cc but luckily didn't end up sick. Easily avoidable if you order separately.
My go to order is a #1 protein style marked with a gluten allergy with fries that are also marked with a gluten allergy. I know fries are gluten free but I ask to have them marked because that will ensure they put them in the same bag with my burger and don't put them in the other bag that has burgers with buns. I've gone multiple times and it hasn't been a problem!
Because In-N-Out does everything fresh, it tastes so good. Their fries are made fresh and are not fried with anything else. They do not have gluten free buns, but they are more than willing to wrap the burgers in lettuce (protein style).

Favorite place in Denton to get a fast food burger. They clearly mark it “gluten allergy” and alert the whole line of it. Never gotten sick here. #1 Protein style is my favorite!
I’ve gotten animal fries here a bunch of times with no issues. When ordering tell them to mark it as a gluten allergy. They know to change gloves and not touch/cross contaminate with gluten.
I have not tried the burgers lettuce wrapped because there is a huge risk of cross contact/contamination for burger.
In-N-Out always has plenty of safe options for burgers and fries. I had a lettuce wrapped burger and animal style fries. They marked my order with a gluten allergy also.
Visited twice with no gluten reaction. They claim everything in the restaurant is gf except for the buns. They offer burgers protein style substituting lettuce for the bun. Self serve endless refill soft drinks. Fast food chain but better burgers than others. The fries are also gf.
