In-N-Out Burger

Great experience from start to finish. The staff made sure to ask why I was requesting "protein style" - if you say it's for a gluten allergy, the order will come out separately from everything else. It's also my understanding that they cook it somewhere else as well. I didn't get sick and felt very safe eating my meal. Every item is GF except for the bun.

I came in around 1150p and asked Joe they deal with gluten allergies. She assured me they keep everything separate and one person follows your order throughout changing gloves. They open new containers and use new utensils and also cook food separately. Everything but the bun is up for grabs! Delish and fresh.

They are amazing about CC; haven’t gotten sick here before!! Thank goodness. Order the burger “protein style” and the animal fries with OUT grilled onions as they could CC you.

Celiac friendly?

After specifically requesting my entire order (including the fries) be kept separate from my gluten eating friends, only the burger came as such. When brought to their attention, they requested both bags of food back, and promptly returned them assuring me they gave me a new fry. 3 hours, clearly this wwas not such the case. ~ A sad celiac

Get your burger protein style so it's wrapped in lettuce! They toast the buns on a completely different grill than the burgers so it's safe!

Tell them you are gluten free and they will note it in the order. Get burgers “protein style” for a lettuce wrap instead of buns. Fries are 100% safe! Never had any issues here, just don’t forget to tell them you have a gluten allergy so they take the necessary precautions for CC

I had heard it would be safe and I was not disappointed. Dedicated fryer for fries. Burger served protein style (lettuce wrapped) and on separate tray from rest of non GF order. Employee verified gluten allergy on fries and burger order. Symptom free and first fries in 4 months!

HUGE shout out to the staff at this establishment today. This was my first dine out experience at fast food since being diagnosed with lupus and celiacs. The young lady at the register quadruple checked my order and also verified with the manager and working staff about it coming through. Then once my order came up the manager stood at the counter until it was picked up telling everyone to keep my order seperate from my son and husbands (non gluten free) order. I felt so incredibly safe and can’t say enough how much that meant to me today. Thank you
