Had a burger protein style, fries, and a milkshake and no issues. I now see what all the fuss is about with in-n-out because the burger was really good!

If you order a Protein Style Burger (has no bun because it’s wrapped in lettuce) it is gluten free but make sure you say you have celiac disease when you order. I trust the fries, shakes, and drinks there. I’m the most sensitive person to Gluten and have been Celiac for about a year now and this IN-N-OUT will not cross contaminate you.

We love In-N-Out. It is the only fast food that we find as GF. We obsessively repeat "wheat allergie" with every item. In this location, when I said "wheat allergie" they corrected me to gluten allergy. Nice! Took the order and shouted to the kitchen that a gluten sensitivity order is coming. I wish more fast food chains were this awesome!

It kind of depends on how sensitive you are and who's working the fries. Technically speaking, you should be fine with a lettuce wrapped burger and an order of their delicious fries. However, sometimes I'll have a slight reaction to the fries, and sometimes I won't. If you go here, make it very clear that you are gluten free, and hope for the best!

These guys are AWESOME. Ordered my burger protein style, explained I needed gluten free. They asked if I would like them to note the order with “gluten allergy,” and I agreed. At the payment and pickup windows they both had the prompt up and confirmed it would be gluten free. Took a little bit longer to get our food, but I suspect it was due to the entire time needed to ensure no cross contamination. They had my burger individually bagged from the rest of the other items to ensure still no cross contamination. Highly impressed, and very grateful! Thank you!!!

I have eaten here many times. Order burgers protein style and fries are GF. Fryer is not cross contaminated as only food cooked in fryer is fries

I was very happy with my experience here. Although they don’t state it on the menu, they will wrap your burger in lettuce and put it in its own bag so it doesn’t touch the other burgers in the order. Also, the only thing they fry is the fries so you should be safe to eat fries here as well. They have vegetarian burgers although they are not on the menu either. The only problem I had was the fact that they put way too much mayo On the burger and ruined it for me. Other than that, I would think you are safe to eat here. Make sure you tell them you are gluten-free and they will go out of their way to help. I was very happy about that

Very friendly. Like all In-N-Out locations, the fryer is dedicated for fries because the only items on their menu are burgers, fries, and shakes (basically). If you tell them you have a gluten allergy, it looks like it marks that in the system. You can also ask for a separate tray or bag from the rest of the order. There aren’t any gluten free buns, so you have to order it protein style, which is just a burger wrapped in lettuce. But boy, it was amazing. And I didn’t get sick. I look forward to coming back. Also, looks like basically everything is gluten free except the buns. Here’s their gluten free menu: https://www.in-n-out.com/docs/default-source/downloads/menuallergenchart2018.pdf

Standard In ‘n Out. Seems to be perfectly safe to me. No reason to mark it down because they don’t have what you want. They have everything they advertise.
