I have never had a problem at any location. Definitely a safe place when traveling. Like others have said they will mark it an allergy if you ask. You can also get the sauce on the side so no cross contamination.

I eat here often and I have never had an issue. I always tell them gluten allergy. That's all I have to say and they will take care of it. They even bag mine separate from the rest of my family's without me requesting it.

Celiac friendly?

Yes

I have had nothing short of excellent service and food at In-N-Out. They have always asked the severity of my gluten issues upon ordering and every time assured me they used fresh gloves and a GF fryer. Protein style hamburger, no sauce, GF fries. Never had an issue.

Immediately knew what we were talking about when we mentioned celiac. Was able to tell us any accommodations they could give us and told the kitchen/staff that we had a “gluten allergy” after we finished our order.

Wrapping a burger in lettuce doesn't qualify you as gluten-free!

Their handling is the best I have seen, and the food is great. Order your burger protein style due to an allergy, and then RELAX!!!!!

Have Celiac and eat here frequently when I want a quick burger. I get the flying Dutchman with fries and never gotten sick (can't say the same for other In and Out locations). Just be sure to mention that you have a gluten allergy and they will have someone change there gloves and cook your burger on a safe surface. The one drawback is no gf buns, but I just plan ahead and bring my own and all is good.

Tell them you are gluten free and they will note it in the order. Get burgers “protein style” for a lettuce wrap instead of buns. Fries are 100% safe! Never had any issues here, just don’t forget to tell them you have a gluten allergy so they take the necessary precautions for CC

I had heard it would be safe and I was not disappointed. Dedicated fryer for fries. Burger served protein style (lettuce wrapped) and on separate tray from rest of non GF order. Employee verified gluten allergy on fries and burger order. Symptom free and first fries in 4 months!

HUGE shout out to the staff at this establishment today. This was my first dine out experience at fast food since being diagnosed with lupus and celiacs. The young lady at the register quadruple checked my order and also verified with the manager and working staff about it coming through. Then once my order came up the manager stood at the counter until it was picked up telling everyone to keep my order seperate from my son and husbands (non gluten free) order. I felt so incredibly safe and can’t say enough how much that meant to me today. Thank you
