I have never had a problem at any location. Definitely a safe place when traveling. Like others have said they will mark it an allergy if you ask. You can also get the sauce on the side so no cross contamination.

Everything here is gluten free except for the buns. Ask for your burger protein style for a gluten allergy and they’ll take care of you!

I eat here often and I have never had an issue. I always tell them gluten allergy. That's all I have to say and they will take care of it. They even bag mine separate from the rest of my family's without me requesting it.

I have had nothing short of excellent service and food at In-N-Out. They have always asked the severity of my gluten issues upon ordering and every time assured me they used fresh gloves and a GF fryer. Protein style hamburger, no sauce, GF fries. Never had an issue.

Immediately knew what we were talking about when we mentioned celiac. Was able to tell us any accommodations they could give us and told the kitchen/staff that we had a “gluten allergy” after we finished our order.

Wrapping a burger in lettuce doesn't qualify you as gluten-free!

Their handling is the best I have seen, and the food is great. Order your burger protein style due to an allergy, and then RELAX!!!!!

Have Celiac and eat here frequently when I want a quick burger. I get the flying Dutchman with fries and never gotten sick (can't say the same for other In and Out locations). Just be sure to mention that you have a gluten allergy and they will have someone change there gloves and cook your burger on a safe surface. The one drawback is no gf buns, but I just plan ahead and bring my own and all is good.

Got a double double protein style with in n out sauce no cheese. Fries in a dedicated fryer, they mark allergy’s for extra precautions. Food was tasty and I did not feel sick afterwards.

Make sure they know gluten intolerance/ allergy and the protein style burger is prepared on a separate grill. Fries are in a dedicated fryer. Shakes are great. Great support.

Definitely recommend going in to order GF... They have a dedicated fryer and their milkshakes are GF, but I made the mistake once of going through the drive-thru for my snacks. My gluten-eating husband wanted a burger, and everything came in the same bag. Momentary lapse in judgement, I ate my fries anyway... and paid the price. So, I just think going in and making sure they know about your allergy is the way to go.

Got a lettuce wrapped burger here and got a horribly painful stomachache, i can definitely tell my food was not prepared as safely as it could be. Spend a few extra dollars and get a proper burger with an actual bun and without the pain.
