Review of Indigo Restaurant One Aldwych Hotel

Indigo is a dedicated gluten free restaurant masquerading as just a regular fine dining restaurant... and that's a compliment. It is amazing that you could bring your gluten-eating friends to Indigo and they would never know that the entire menu is gluten-free. We need more restaurants like this in the world. It is so welcoming. From the wam GF rolls with bacon butter that comes to the table to the beautifully-plated mains to the desserts... everything is amazing and everything is gluten-free. Do NOT miss Indigo!
