Review of Indochine

Most of the menu is already GF, or can be made GF, the portions are decent and they pan fry so fried items are still safe. I safely eat here often as a celiac with a strong reaction to the tiniest contamination. That being said, it is Americanized Asian food, so it can be hard on the gut for other reasons, so keep that in mind if you are still healing from Celiac’s gut damage or have a sensitive digestive system.

This is a small local business. It is a mom-and-pop, Americanized Asian food restaurant. It’s exactly what you expect from that. They are great because they have food from variety of cultures that appeal to pretty much everyone and the quality is decent; definitely better than fast food Asian but not gourmet. Which is great when you eat with other diversely picky Americans. As expected the meals are hearty and heavy in starch and soy. Most are already GF and clearly marked. True to their mom-&-pop nature they care deeply about their community and their customers. You can expect them to move at more natural speed than a chain restaurant. They are a big part of Parker Main Street and the locals love them and their dependability. They always have a good flow of customers and despite being small they keep up fairly well. Only on Friday/Saturday evenings is a reservation usually needed. During COVID they are taking all the careful precautions to keep everyone safe and are keeping busy. If you order 15 min before arriving for pickup they will be ready for you.
