The fryer is dedicated gluten free. They also have separate rice only for gluten free dishes. The pad Thai and other non fried stuff is fried in a wok that they clean and “burn” vigorously before each new dish they cook. I’m extremely sensitive I’ll update you if I got sick.

I felt so so comfortable eating here. Our server was very knowledgeable. But the best part was there was so so so many options and the food was good!!! Drove 45 minutes and it was worth it-especially to have options for once

I’m celiac and they passed the test. Totally gluten free. It was all delicious and I couldn’t believe they actually had a gluten free dairy free fried banana icecream desert.

Service is awful and they’re expensive but they only fry GF and most items on menu are GF. They say they have GF soy sauce, but it’s served in a low sodium bottle, so doubtful. Food and drinks are amazing!

My favorite place whenever we visit friends in Parker. Eaten here at least a dozen times and never had a problem, not to mention the food is amazing! Be sure to let them know you have Celiac (or gluten allergy) and they will help ensure you get safe food. Love this place! The owners are amazing people as well.

Delicious celiac safe Chinese food. I was seriously concerned that the orange chicken had gluten in it because it was SO GOOD!!! No reaction and the food was delicious.

Their food is outstanding. I've eaten here a few times and never gotten sick. The majority of the sushi is GF, and modifications can be made without issue. Separate fryers. The last two times I've eaten here I had the 1) Orange Chicken and 2) sushi with pork crispy rolls and fried banana w/coconut ice cream for dessert. The staff was very knowledgeable. I was able to bring non-GF family here and they said it was the best food they've had in a while. I absolutely love this place.

Eaten here many times and never had an issue. I always let them know I need “Gluten Free” even if the menu says it is. Highly recommend!

Almost all the meat is flash fried in the same fryer as gluten. It was very hard to find a gluten free item that was not in a shared fryer. We were told by our waiter that they have a lot of gluten free people that are fine with it, however that’s not safe for my celiac kiddo. I appreciate him helping us find a safe option but for my gluten free kiddo it was very expensive and not very many options for her.

This has been the best gluten-free restaurant that I have found thus far. Very knowledgeable about Celiac Disease! Had a ton of food and dessert options to choose from. I will be back!

Love, love! We have eaten here twice now and both were amazing. Most food is gluten free including appetizers, sushi, desserts, and entrees. Try the yellow monk sushi and pork egg rolls. Try the orange chicken...try it all! Oh don’t forget the fried bananas with coconut ice cream

Most of the menu is already GF, or can be made GF, the portions are decent and they pan fry so fried items are still safe. I safely eat here often as a celiac with a strong reaction to the tiniest contamination. That being said, it is Americanized Asian food, so it can be hard on the gut for other reasons, so keep that in mind if you are still healing from Celiac’s gut damage or have a sensitive digestive system.
This is a small local business. It is a mom-and-pop, Americanized Asian food restaurant. It’s exactly what you expect from that. They are great because they have food from variety of cultures that appeal to pretty much everyone and the quality is decent; definitely better than fast food Asian but not gourmet. Which is great when you eat with other diversely picky Americans. As expected the meals are hearty and heavy in starch and soy. Most are already GF and clearly marked. True to their mom-&-pop nature they care deeply about their community and their customers. You can expect them to move at more natural speed than a chain restaurant. They are a big part of Parker Main Street and the locals love them and their dependability. They always have a good flow of customers and despite being small they keep up fairly well. Only on Friday/Saturday evenings is a reservation usually needed. During COVID they are taking all the careful precautions to keep everyone safe and are keeping busy. If you order 15 min before arriving for pickup they will be ready for you.

Almost everything on the menu is already GF or can be made that way. Mostly dairy free and plenty of Vegan and vegetarian dishes too. The owner is also gluten intolerant so she really knows about cross contamination. Everything is delicious! You can also order takeout.

Head chef has allergies so super knowledgeable. Lots and lots of gf options.
Amazing food, service, and atmosphere. We have eaten here 5+ times without any problems. They have fried banana, sushi? spring rolls, crispy chicken, and more~~ all are GF!

I ordered gluten free crispy pork rolls - they gave me regular ones twice. I had to wait 30+ minutes for the first order. Halfway home, I saw they gave me the regular non gluten free roll. I called to inform. I was told it would be ready when I came back. 10+ minutes after arriving, the order came out. I went to my car and discovered it happened again. Called again from parking lot to inform. Young girl told me there was a new cook. I was very patient, I think I was one apologizing for my Celiacs. I asked that they please tell him this needs to be gluten free. I waited another 10 minutes and finally got correct rolls. I never asked, but one would have thought there would have been a credit toward a future purchase. I was a regular for 6 years. I haven’t been back since.
This unfortunately is not the first time this happened. Both my daughter and my nephew have Celiacs too. I personally get extremely sick when I eat gluten. My nephew who also have diabetes type 1 gets horribly sick. It incapacitates us like a stomach flu would and it takes a toll on my nephews blood sugar control bc of the reaction. Other family members eat the regular crispy rolls which are smooth so it’s easy for me to spot. The gluten free ones are bumpy and lighter in color bc of rice wrap. If one wouldn’t know, they would eat the regular. This is a serious problem especially when a restaurant markets as specializing in gluten free food.
The owner had celiac so they always know about it. The food is amazing, good quality, and I have never been sick!

I literally don't understand all the positive celiac reviews. Their food may be GF but they fry everything in the same oil. I'm not even sure if they understand celiac. I was sick before leaving the restaurant (and I didn't eat anything that was fried) - which stinks as my daughter and I both have celiac and it did look (and taste) good. If you're just GF, it'd be a great option. If you have celiac, not so much.
Food is okay. Service is fine. Unless visiting in the middle of the week you must have a reservation. We have been turned away twice on Weekend evenings.
Many GF options. great food and service.
Amazing food and great gf menu!

Gluten free menu is extensive but it's pricey and slow as all get out.
