Tacos, wraps, bowls. Pick your base, protein and 'style'. Very knowledgeable on ingredients. Possibly the only thing with gluten is the flour tortillas, although there may be other things. Celiac 7yo. Felt comfortable/safe. Mahi, shredded pork, jerk shrimp, rare tuna all looked/sounded safe. All outdoor seating in fun tropical garden setting. Fruit/veg stall also part of property.
