An amazing gluten free pasty, friendly staff with many measures taken including separate bagging and a very careful kitchen process -- they clean the kitchen entirely and make gluten free pasties once a week before they make anything else. Although they don't guarantee gluten free and instead use the term gluten friendly, I ate here twice and did not get sick (I am extremely gluten intolerant, probably celiac but have not been tested). I had the original beef pasty but they have several GF varieties, several also DF. They use Bob's Red Mill and tapioca flours with vegetable shortening for the crust. Call ahead one hour if you want them hot, otherwise you can buy frozen. They do sell out because they only make them once a week, so call ahead!
