Review of Island Creamery Ice Cream

These guys understand GF. Chincoteague didn't strike me as a celiac friendly destination in general, but these guys were the most informed I found on the island. The flavors that contain gluten are clearly marked. The servers have a great understanding and protocol and will get a clean scoop from the ice cream in the back if you tell them you have an allergy. Multiple celiacs in our party are there 2 days in a row and didn't get sick.
