Review of Island Taco

They have great food, they actually know what all of their food is made out of, they seem to understand cross contamination. I am an unusually sensitive celiac, and I usually don't eat out at all because of that. But I had heard enough good things about Island Taco that I thought it was worth the risk. I talked to the cook who knew exactly what was in everything, all the way down to the individual spices. The corn that they make their tortillas out of isn't certified gluten free, so I had the Kalua Pork on a plate with rice and beans instead. It was AWESOME! And I didn't get sick! Thank you, Island Taco!
