Not super knowledgeable about celiac, but managed with proper questions. Waitress recommended getting a burger with lettuce wrap and the fries had a dedicated fryer.
The manager came to the table and reviewed my daughter’s order to make sure it was gluten free and assured us that it would be prepared with special precautions. She ordered the nachos — cheese, chips, etc. taken from the back supply, etc. No beans due to possible gluten. Swapped spicy chicken for grilled chicken to be safe. Manager monitored order and delivered food! Couldn’t have asked for a nicer manager and/or experience!
Had an enjoyable meal. Gluten free items were marked on the menu and there was a dedicated fryer. Would definitely eat here again.
Had the delicious chicken shorebird sandwich on a gluten free bun with their gluten free fries :) yum
I ordered a salad with grilled chicken (marked GF). When it arrived, the chicken looked different than “safe” grilled chicken usually does. Often, restaurants will dust the chicken or pan with flour to get additional browning & crispiness on grilled chicken. I triple-checked with our server & was told that it was gluten free, including that the celiac note I’d requested. I was wary but had a few bites of the after they repeatedly reassured me. Unfortunately, I definitely was glutened :(
