Had a light meal with just the house salad without croutons with creamy gorgonzola dressing. Only two types if GF noodles offered and only creamy sauce is alfredo that can be made GF upon request. Server was very kind & knowledgeable as soon as I said celiac. States they boil GF noodles in separate water from other pasta. I might try eating here again and getting something other than a simple salad.
