Review of Itto Sushi

You can get most of their sushi GF, and they will bring GF sit sauce, but they didn't seem super knowledgeable about Celiac. They were condescending when I double-checked that the wasabi was GF, and said "wasabi doesn't have gluten in it". I asked because wasabi sometimes uses wheat as a binder. I didn't use it just to be safe. I'm sad because I used to come here all the time with my husband. They have gone downhill in quality anyways.
