My husband and I ordered take out for dinner. I ordered the nachos off of the gluten free menu. After completing our order and hanging up, the girl that took our order called back and said that the chips are fried and there is a risk of cross contamination. I cancelled my order of the nachos and had the braised short ribs with no sauce, which was very good. Since they have a gluten free menu and they don't have a dedicated fryer, please ask questions.

I called in advance and was told there were no gluten free buns to make a burger or sandwich an option. Standard menu has items marked - gluten free possible.

For the options provided, J Timothy's is a good and safe gluten-free experience. I gave 4 stars because the options for gluten-free is quite limited. Talk to your server to make sure your food will be prepared gluten free.
They have a separate gf menu, but you still need to be careful and ask questions. I ordered the chicken nachos of the gf menu and the waitress came back 10 min later saying that the chips were fried with everything else, so I had to cancel my order. I ended up getting the Buffalo chicken Cobb salad which was very good.
Had the Buffalo Cobb salad which was amazing I have celiacs and although they can't guarantee there won't be cross contamination I feel fine post meal and can't wait to go back!
GF menu, also have desserts
