Not gluten free. They tried to understand us but what was served definitely had gluten. My dad had pain for long time.

I read all the reviews and noticed they were all from 2013. Decided to check it out. After the waitress showed me their iPad based menu with all the allergens, I was impressed. Then I started looking closer. Nearly everything on the menu contained wheat/gluten. There were possibly 3 steaks, salmon and sweet potato fries that did not show the allergen present icon. We left without ordering. 🙁
2 years ago, Jacks had a gluten - free menu. But every time I've been there ever since, I've been told it was being revised. They do have an allergy list, but the only things a celiac could eat are the loaded nachos and a few wing/finger sauces. Not much of a meal. I'm giving Jacks a wide berth until I see a gluten free menu and information posted on their website.

I just had lunch there and the manager not once came to check on me, the staff were completely baffled about gluten. They only had gluten "friendly" hamburger buns, but the burgers themselves have bread crumbs and traces of meat! After going through the allergy list which said fries are completely safe, turns out they are made in contaminated oil! I'm extremely displeased with this and only had plain salmon as that was all they could offer me.

This chain offers a gluten "friendly" bun for burgers and a gluten free Menu.
I had a Mexican Chicken bowl and it was really great!
The girl who took my order over the phone (during COVID-19) was very knowledgeable about celiac disease and cross contamination risk. She said they even had a separate fryer. I ended up getting a Mexican chicken bowl that was very good. She assured me that proper precautions would be taken to limit the cross contamination risk. Felt very comfortable ordering from this location.

Not dedicated fryer present - still has gluten free bowls tho
Good food, staff well educated and owner is also celiac. Variety of food to choose from the steak is delicious!

They used to have fajitas that I could order with lettuce wraps - was delicious and gluten free. Then they changed their menu and no longer offered the lettuce wrap option unfortunately :( Since then, I've only ordered the pad thai dish- which has been delicious and no issues with gluten.

I have a gluten intolerance and always eat here with my friend because it's a good compromise between the two of us. Their menu marks the gluten free options, but there isn't a ton. I also have a milk allergy so I usually get a bowl/salad without cheese/creamy dressing or the pad Thai and haven't had any issues.
