The staff at the restaurant were very knowledgeable about gluten-free options and had a variety of gluten-free dishes on the menu. The restaurant also had a dedicated gluten-free fryer. This made me feel safe and satisfied with my dining experience.

They used to have fajitas that I could order with lettuce wraps - was delicious and gluten free. Then they changed their menu and no longer offered the lettuce wrap option unfortunately :( Since then, I've only ordered the pad thai dish- which has been delicious and no issues with gluten.

Second time going here I ordered rice veggies and grilled chicken the waiter went back to the kitchen they said it was totally safe with out the sauces. Well I got the full gluten bowl had two bites and realized why is there sauce in this. Called the waiter over sure enough they made the entire bowl with gluten!!! The manager came to the table and apologized then we got our entire table meal for free. But I was so sick the following week I'll never eat here again. Esp when the manager said it goes though three people to prep meals and they still got it wrong!!

love the Chicken and goat cheese sandwich with gluten free bun! it also comes with fries which are in their own dedicated fryer. I love them since I usually can't have fries at other restaurants. The staff are very accommodating and the kitchen staff are willing to work with your gluten allergy . we love Jack Astors!!

I went there for lunch and got the gf burger and fries with no problem

They fed me Gluten!!! I repetadly asked if bun was gluten-free. Server insisted it was fine. It was 100% NOT Gluten Free. Salad even came with crutons also NOT Gluten-Free. They were not helpful at all after the fact. I talked to managers and owner who were unwilling to help.This place made me very sick. I will never go back. Avoid this place!!!

Menu clearly marked, GF deep fryer, GF buns, and a manager brought out the meal and said “celiac” to me while putting it down. Overall felt very safe although I can’t comment on cross contamination as I don’t get noticeable symptoms.

We were accompanied by friends and we found the meal delicious. The service was very good. I asked about the Standard operating procedures in regard to gluten free within the kitchen. They have dedicated fryers for the French fries, make sure the cooking space is cleaned. The burgers are gluten free and they have gluten free buns. I’m a pescatarian and they had very nice vegetarian burgers. The restaurant has changed and made the menu much smaller so some choice is limited. With all that in mind I would recommend this restaurant and make sure you tell them you need to be gluten free.

Excellent service. J’étais avec un groupe de 10 et le serveur m’a bien assuré et va à la cuisine pour vérifier que tout ok pour moi. J’ai très bien mangé et pas du tout malade. J’y retournerai avec confiance.

Wow! What a surprise! Great gluten-free options and knowledgeable staff. Menu items are marked GF but let wait staff know that you are celiac and it will be marked on the kitchen order! Simple as that! Highly recommend!
