Review of Jack's Bar-B-Que

I went here because of the positive reviews and they did not disappoint!! As others have experienced, the staff asked if I had Celiac when I inquired about gluten in any of the meat. The place was PACKED with a line down the street. Even though they were slammed, the gentleman taking my order took his time to clean his work station, change his gloves, pull out a fresh cutting board and knife, and use a new piece of meat. He then ensured the rest of the staff were also aware of my Celiac and then they also changed their gloves and took special care of my plate. The meats were all GF, as were all the delicious sauces. They had several GF side items as well. I’d definitely go back!!!
