Review of Jack's Bar-B-Que

I told the guy I had Celiac and he changed the cutting board, knife and his gloves. He said all the meats are gluten free and all the sides are noted on the board if they are gluten free. It has been 30 minutes from me eating and I did not have a reaction which means it is good!
