Review of Jack's Bar-B-Que

The staff was knowledgeable and changed gloves, got a new cutting board and a clean knife, AND pulled out a new wrapped pork shoulder for me, but I got sick not 10 minutes after eating my meal. I think cross contamination is just unavoidable with the sides. They are labeled gf or not, but it seems like sandwiches are their top service so as they hand trays down the line gluten hands are handling sides throughout the day. Also, I’m super sensitive, so it might be okay for those fine with cross contamination!
