Review of Jack's Bar-B-Que

Staff is knowledgeable. I didn't mention gluten free, but asked instead if the chicken came with bread. He picked right up on it and asked if I had a gluten allergy. Changed his gloves, etc. to keep my food uncontaminated, then the other girls in the line steered me away from certain sides (mashed potatoes! ) without me asking. Food was good. I enjoyed the meal.
