Review of Jack's Bar-B-Que

As others stated when we told them we were gluten free & had a celiac in the group, the staff changed gloves, pulled fresh meat (brisket & new rack of ribs) and a special clean cutting board. This during a very busy lunch rush. Staff even checked on us later to see how we liked our meal.
