Review of Jack's Bar-B-Que

I've never experienced such a great gluten free moment at a restaurant!! They immediately cleaned the cutting board, changed their gloves, got a clean cutting board, got new meat out of the warmer and pulled my sides directly from the back. Amazing!! Every single staff members heads turned and they went into a different mode as soon as they heard Celiac. I was in awe! Thank you for such an unbelievable experience!
