Review of Jack's Bar-B-Que

They are able to accommodate celiac. They are knowledgeable about how to handle food and avoid cross contamination.

They did pull mt order right out of the smoker. However, it's not the most flavorful bbq I have had. Maybe it was what I had. smoked chicken.

But I give them an "A" for effort.
