Review of Jack's Bar-B-Que

Awesome experience at Jack’s! I have to eat gluten free for health reasons and I was extremely anxious about eating here due to how busy they were. When we got to the front of the line, I told the butcher I needed gluten free. He immediately took his gloves off, got a brand new cutting board, knife, and brisket from the smoker. He even grabbed a plate from the middle of the stack instead of the next one on top. My food came into contact with as few people as possible. The lady serving the sides changed gloves and handed me my tray over the counter instead of having it near the other food. I did not get sick and I felt like they were happy to help me.
