Review of Jack's Bar-B-Que

What a great accidental find! I was stunned how well the meat cutter immediately took care of me when I said gluten allergy - new gloves, new cutting board, new knife, fresh meat. And all without a hint of irritation - friendly all the way through, despite slowing down a busy lunch rush. What an absolute joy for a Celiac visitor to Nashville. Beef brisket plate was excellent. There's a small but unavoidable risk of cross contamination with the sides, but even there the staff did their best in fresh gloves, and I had no problems afterwards. Yay for BBQ!
