Review of Jack's Bar-B-Que

When I said I was celiac, he got a new, clean cutting board from the back, changed his gloves and knives, and got new pieces of meat from the smoker. He then followed my plate all the way through to minimize any contamination. All meats and sauces are GF and a bunch of sides are too. SO GOOD!!!!!
