Review of Jack's Bar-B-Que

Can't say enough good things. Awesome food, very friendly service, great location on Broadway. When they found out my wife had an allergy to gluten, they went out of their way to remake her plate with a different knife that has not cut the fresh bread loaves and potentially cross contaminated. But when I asked about gf sauces, they asked if we had told them up front of the allergy. We had simply asked for no bread. Alert and attentive, they offer as to remake her combo plate. Besides the attentive service, did I mention the bbq and the sides were great. I think I got the end of brisket so had chunks instead of slices. I prefer the slices, but it was still incredibly tender brisket. We only had a few hours in Nashville before a flight the next day. Definitely this was the one stop worth making.
