Review of Jack's Bar-B-Que

This place was in the middle of tourist central and I was super skeptical, but they know their gluten free!! They changed gloves, changed cutting boards, even pulled a plate out of the middle of the plate stack! Called the person who makes the sauce to ask about corn - they are all gluten free but I am gluten and corn free. Absolutely amazing!
