I’ve eaten at least a dozen times at the Fresno location. Haven’t had a problem until yesterday. Within 30 minutes I was bloated, and very sick that night. In times past the server was very knowledgeable, yesterday they didn’t really seem to know what items had gluten. I should’ve known better.

GF I did not see the san Diego business advertise by anymore. It is Jerusalem by the name of hodori. I do not recommend you do foreign food. I had my money ready to pay then some suckers pulled the fast one. You will be robbed on Milpitas side. I'll tell you about this. Angry house mate does the lottery. I wasn't stolen from. I ripped his ticket. He does pubs. My tempura order I lasted four hours. The money is there or it's not.
We’ve eaten here so many times and never an issue. This has always been our go to for GF sandwiches and fries. Normally my wife who has celiac receives her sandwich after minutes of me already having mine. Today both sandwiches came out at the same time. It is obviously our fault for not questioning the server when that happened. Within 30 minutes of eating, she was bloated and by evening she was sicker than a dog. I would just confirm when you order and when you receive your food that it was gluten-free. It may not hurt to also ask for a manager to make sure that it’s done right.

The first two times I are here I got salads and did fine. Then I got brave and ordered a sandwich and that made me sick. I was so bummed because I really liked this place.

Great food. Staff were super knowledgeable and helpful. I had the turkey plate with mixed veggies in basalmic the turkey was juicy and delicious. The mashed potatoes and cranberry sauce were so good I thought they had stolen my recipes. 😂

This place was great! They had a separate frier for fries and also an allergy menu. You can substitute gluten free bread for almost all the sandwiches. Would recommend

Really happy to find this place. Turkey is my favorite and I walked in to see a whole roasted turkey in the kitchen. The gluten free sandwich roll was soft and fresh tasting, the turkey was thick sliced breast. When I asked about fries they said they had a dedicated fryer for gluten free. Yay!

Salads are amazing. Knowledgeable of gluten free options. Big portions.
The staff was somewhat knowledgeable. They had a menu to tell you which items were gf or how to have them modified to be gf. I believe they also have gf bread, but I got a salad.

They don’t technically have a gf menu, but if you say you’re celiac as you order, they’re prepare your salad or sandwich, on gluten-free bread, in the back for you! They have a dedicated fryer for the fries, too!!

Asked about whether it was a preference or alergy. Measures taken to prevent cross contact. Ordered the Hulumi Sandwich. Fast service.

I have celiac and have eaten here multiple times with no problems. I use a tester to test for gluten content. Tonight for the first time ever all three dishes tested positive for gluten (at least 20 ppm). We ordered the lemon thyme chicken breast (made in the microwave instead of the grill), garlic fries (was told they'd be made in the dedicated fryer) and the classic steak sandwhich on a gluten free bun).
I order the chicken and garlic fries every time I go.
I'm not writing this place off because it has tested gluten free dozens of other times I've been there. The place was jam packed busy and I did take out. There were other take out orders waiting as well. I believe it's highly likely the message about celiac and no gluten may not have made it to the person preparing the food or their usual safe practices weren't followed.
Or perhaps for the fries at least, I was given someone else's order (i noticed most people were ordering garlic fries).
My advice is to go during slower times and watch to be sure safe practices are flowed.
