18 years. Best Chinese food I have ever had. Very accommodating to gluten free. Can also accommodate other dietary needs, cook fresh, to order. I had garlic chicken.... Amazing! Reasonably priced.... Huge portions!!!

Wow! Some of the best Chinese food I have had since Celiac. Lots and lots of GF choices. Outstanding dishes. ——- Well we returned to Colorado Springs and it is still some of the top Chinese I have ever had. Mongolian beef…sooo amazing. Went there for dinner yesterday and lunch today. Just love this place.

I had dinner here today and it was excellent. The owner came out and spoke to us. She said all dishes were prepared to order and most items could be made gluten free. I loved the Moo Goo Gai Pan.
This restaurant is in Monument but fairly close to Colorado Springs. It’s right off the freeway at Baptist Rd.

Most items can be made gluten free. I have eaten here many times and did get mildly sick once but would still eat here again since I’ve eaten so many times without issue. Love their orange chicken and chicken Lo mein.

I got mildly sick after really trying and communicating that I needed gluten free hot pot options. One server who was older and may have also been the manager, knew about gluten and tried to help guide towards the 'safest' broth (veggie). The older said it's hard to verify what's gf from ingredients (let's say dried mushroom) that have labels in Chinese. The younger server knew nothing and didn't try, was unhelpful. Was hoping for a better experience after all the good reviews. I'd stay away from all the hot pot sauces next time but that might not fix the cross contamination.

Most things can be made gluten free. I’ve eaten a few times (and am pretty sensitive) with no problem. Clean atmosphere, attentive staff, lots of folks coming in for carry out,

A large portion of the menu can be made GF if you ask (they substitute GF tamari/soy sauce). My wife and I get takeout from here roughly once per week and my wife (Celiac) has never gotten sick.
