Decent gluten free pizza. Cooked in the same wood fired oven as the regular ones but in a dedicated area that is cleaned before each one. I'm quite sensitive coeliac and did not have any I'll effects.

The pizza was very good and resembled regular crust more closely than any gf pizzas I have ever had. It was nice to have an actual fresh pizza.

Went during the day and the staff was annoyed by me and could careless. I got what he said would be fine and felt awful. The pizza is cooked in the same oven with other regular pizzas. they do make it in a different area but then cook it in the same oven and with out a rack or tray. It did taste amazing but I felt horrible after :(

I've been here quite a few times for really tasty pizza and oysters both raw and baked. Every time I go I present my food allergy card. Several times the server has mentioned that the rack the pizzas share in the oven is heated to 800 degrees and that kills the gluten. While this is not true in the least, I have had no symptoms afterward. For those that are inquiring, gluten can't be "killed". Soap removed its binding qualities and rinses it down the drain so you don't ingest it. Enzymes break gluten down into amino acids. Those are the only two ways gluten can me made safe for those with Celiac's. Have fun at Jackson's. Safe and wonderful.

They are very careful with the handling of the food, according to the server, but he told us that cooking gluten over 350 Fahrenheit remove all side effects... They need to do some research

What a wonderful place! There isn't a gf menu but the can make all of the pizzas and flatbreads gf as well as the fries, calamari and big dishes. And the Cyrene brûlée is heavenly. The staff were all knowledgable about gluten (one is actually gluten free!) and all of them were extremely helpful and friendly. The food is delicious too, especially the pizza crust. It's actually chewy and soft with a slight crispness to it - no cardboard crusts here! I highly recommend them and will definitely be back!! FYI -One note about cross contamination. I think it's possible with the regular pizzas and gf pizzas being baked in the same wood oven. However, I'm extremely sensitive and have not had any ill effects.
