I called ahead and asked if they had a designated gluten free fryer and could make gluten free fried scallops and fries for my daughter who has Celiacs. The response was, “absolutely!” When we arrived I informed the waitress my daughter had celiacs. She said no problem and made a note of that fact. We ordered the gluten free fried scallops and French fries. 2 hours later she was violently ill. If you’re going to offer gluten free.....make SURE it gluten free! If there is cross contamination.....it’s NOT Celiac friendly!
