This is one of the must unique places I've ever been to eat. So much comes from their farm on site. Their GF buns are delicious and they have a dedicated fryer for fries. They take extra precautions for celiac or other allergies at time of ordering. They had a couple great ciders available as well. Delicious place and I felt very safe.

Farm-to-fork at its best! Your meal is literally sourced a few feet away. Freshest ingredient around and nicest folks. The burgers topped with their signature sauce and grilled onions. are our favorites. If you do dairy, they make their own raw milk cheese. Put the Belford on your burger…you’ll thank heaven. The fingerling potatoes are crisp and satisfying. Top with their hearty chili. The apple kale slaw is yummo!

This place is amazing! Had the favorite burger on a homemade gf bun, that didn’t fall apart, fries and a cider. All were so good! The best part of this place is the location. Just beautiful! Totally worth the extra drive out of town!

We had a wonderful dinner there with beet salads and GF buns on hamburgers. Staff is very helpful and live music was great! Wish you were located in Austin!!

My family and I had dinner here while visiting Durango. I had the beet salad and fingerling potatoes…it was so good! I can honestly say it was the best salad I’ve ever had and the potatoes were really good too (and made in a safe fryer). Things were not labeled on the menu but after talking to a cook I felt safe eating here….and most importantly did not get glutened! Will be going back next time we’re in the area for sure.

This place is amazing! Everything they serve is grown/raised on the ranch, or as local as possible. The burgers were great and the house made gluten free bun had both flavor and texture -- and didn't fall apart. When my daughter asked for a gluten free bun they immediately asked if we would like then to change their gloves. I would highly recommend.

They have a separate fryer and gluten free bread options. I gave them my gf dining cars and they checked every step to make sure there was no cc. GF bun was fantastic. I has the steak sandwich. Fries were safe, too, and very good.

Highly recommend for celiacs.
When I asked for the gluten free bun, before I could even ask about food prep, the gent taking the order asked if it was celiac and needed to be prepared separately.
They used separate gloves, prepared in a separate area and were kind and knowledgeable about celiac.
Gorgeous spot. Beef and cheese are prepared locally. GF bun was fantastic. We got the fried egg added to the burger, and the yolk was a deep orange - you can even see the flock down in the valley below running amock in a gorgeous green pasture.
One of my favorite celiac-friendly restaurants yet!

The food was amazing. I got the burger with the homemade GF bun. They have an “allergy” button on their register, and the fries are fried in a dedicated frier and do not have any sort of coating on them. So I could actually eat French fries! Yay! The location is great for families ….. outdoor seating with plenty of room to run around. Dogs are allowed. And the beef is grass fed. We ate here 3 nights in a row!

Went and had burgers. They make a gf bun from scratch and it is very tasty! Husband even said it tasted even better than his gluten bun. Very tasty!

Burgers with their own beef raised on the ranch, and organic veggies grown on site. Talk about farm to table...Holy cow this was good stuff! GF bun made on site tasted like focaccia. Dedicated fryer for fries. Note: salads have croutons, make sure to remind kitchen to leave them off. Seating at picnic tables very far apart. Separate set of utensils for celiac. Staff clearly notes allergy w order. Great market attached to restaurant where you can buy beef, veggies and other goodies.
