When I arrived, staff were well informed about celiac and I was assured my meal would be made gluten free. The waiter repeated my order and clarified my dietary needs. I ordered the california roll and mango roll, and was informed they could make the mango roll but it would be without tempura. I was given my own gf soy sauce, and the waiter confirmed each dish was gluten free. Overall, the food was delicious, I felt safe eating here, and most importantly, I never got sick!
