Food is pricey though very delicious. But celiacs BEWARE! We made an online reservation here and marked it as a gluten free only dine-in experience. We also notified the waiter when we arrived about our dietary restrictions. We found a massive very non gluten free ramen noodle in our order of their gluten free edamame bowl. So while they seem to make a sincere effort to cater to celiacs, and the service is great, there is evidence here of food prep carelessness that might give future celiac customers some pause.

We ended up sending the bowl back and not asking for another order. They seemed apologetic of the mistake and we ended up not having to pay for the dish.

We’ve been here a few times prior, but this recent cross-contamination experience broke our trust by a lot and we probably will not be paying them visits as frequently anymore.

When I arrived, staff were well informed about celiac and I was assured my meal would be made gluten free. The waiter repeated my order and clarified my dietary needs. I ordered the california roll and mango roll, and was informed they could make the mango roll but it would be without tempura. I was given my own gf soy sauce, and the waiter confirmed each dish was gluten free. Overall, the food was delicious, I felt safe eating here, and most importantly, I never got sick!

The service was terrific. And the food is incredible. Our servers brought over the tamari container so I could confirm that was the correct gluten free substitute for soy sauce. Each dish that came to the table, be it by servers or expo staff, was pronounced gluten free with a pause for confirmation. Our server confirmed our order with the kitchen before ringing it through and affirmed with us afterward. The menu is clearly marked and extremely easy to navigate. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly. And the food is outstanding. We ordered the pressed salmon sushi, new style roll, California roll (real crab not imitation!), Mango Tango roll, prairie fire roll, and Miso soup. Highly recommend!
