Review of Japonessa Sushi Cocina

The waiter let me know that the staff will change gloves and get a new roll mat when making our rolls. GF listed on the physical menu (but not the QR code electronic menu for COVID). Ingredients for all rolls are listed and the waiter was down to make anything we wanted gluten free. The miso soup is NOT GF even though it is listed that way on the menu. Great food!

As of today, a lot of the GF things on the menu are spicy, but I’m sure they’d adapt them if that’s an issue for you.
