Review of Japonessa Sushi Cocina

Eaten here several times now and have not gotten sick at all! They are very knowledgeable about what is gluten free and what is not. They also will ask if it is a preference or an allergy. If it’s an allergy they let the kitchen know to change gloves, etc. they also have gf soy sauce. Not a ton of options listed as gf on the menu, but in my experience the servers can help you navigate the menu to ensure what you want can be made gf. I love it here!
