The menu is "gluten sensitive ", not gluten free. There is a disclaimer on the menu if you have celiac. I ate a baked potato since nothing else was safely gluten free. Disappointed!!

Ordered online and they included saltines in my bag that were spilling crumbs. Called to ensure the order was right and the employee I spoke to brushed me off and didn’t take my concern seriously.

Excellent staff and options! Very careful with gluten but since it’s a deli there’s always a risk. We’ve eaten here several times and neither of us has had an exposure. My daughter loves the free icecream!

Excellent service! Manager took our orders and made sure to follow whether an item was gluten free. He then made sure staff changed gloves and kept gluten free items separate.
They just changed over to their own brand of chips which are not gluten-free
Several options to choose from. I had a baked potato and cup of soup. Be sure to request your sandwich Non-toasted because it shares the same toaster as gluten containing items.
An associate explained that this store has 1 dedicated GF person every day. This person doesn't touch anything else to prevent cross-contamination. All their hot GF sandwiches go through a separate oven that is dedicated to GF food. I eat the GF soups and sandwiches here all the time and have not had a problem. They do a great job!

Dedicatee gluten free menu, food comes wrapped to avoid cross contamination. Tasty salads.
We have eaten at Jason’s Deli successfully TWICE! The staff was very friendly & helpful. GF items are clearly marked on the menu AND there are a lot of options! As we were ordering, the employees got wind of a GF order coming, and one person (the one that would be preparing our food) started taking his gloves off, washing his hands, pulling out clean utensils & put on a new pair of gloves. The food was prepped on a stainless steel bar (not the regular deli bar) Even though the one employee was clearly ready for our order, the gentleman at the register STILL flagged our ticket as “GF take precaution”. The employee that prepared our food was the one that delivered it to our table. THANK YOU!! Now, having said all of that… the salad bar looks SO TEMPTING but we have never pushed our luck. Today, we seen a customer filling a to-go container (to the brim) & she was walking all over - back & forth adding to the salad with croutons & other gluten containing ingredients already on top of her salad. The tongs were touching them as she was adding items she had already passed up - 3 times. I would stay away from that. If you want a salad, they can make you a delicious one!

Have ordered numerous times both online and in person. Large selection and and customizable sandwiches. Never had any problems. My orders are always marked with a gluten free sticker. But if you are celiac, I would have concerns about some cross-contamination.

I was at a conference, and what they were serving was not gluten-free for lunch. I was able to make a quick order to Jason’s and just swing by and pick it up. Easy and safe gluten free food! They need to pick up super easy where we just called the number when we pulled up. I was back to the conference before anyone even realized we were gone.
