They are very conscious of gluten sensitivities. They do have an entire section of the menu that is gluten free,. I asked if they substitute a sandwich from the regular menu to be made with gluten free bread, they accommodated and without me having to ask immediately washed hands and changed gloves. Only one employee handled my food and used new utensils while doing so.

Got the chicken Mesa salad for my girlfriend since it was listed as gluten sensitive, when I got home I saw that there were croutons on it. Last time I checked those are not gluten free.

Edit: called the store and they remade it free of charge.

Another favorite restaurant I enjoying eating their food. I've never had a problem with the gluten free menu. Jason's deli has many choices. The employees have a lot of knowledge about the gluten free.

They take precautions to avoid cross contamination and will make your sandwich in a separate area. Just be sure to let them know you have celiac or a gluten allergy. Sandwiches were very good.

The menu is "gluten sensitive ", not gluten free. There is a disclaimer on the menu if you have celiac. I ate a baked potato since nothing else was safely gluten free. Disappointed!!
