Review of Jax At The Tracks

The waiter was not knowledgeable. I made it clear I couldn’t have gluten and ordered the salmon, which he said came with rice. The salmon came out as teriyaki salmon with just plain rice and vegetables that were season with just pepper and salt. I’ve had good experiences with egg dishes for breakfast and a burger with a GF bun for lunch. I would not try and order anything other than that, because it’s clear not all the staff are knowledgable.
