After reading the reviews here, we chose this restaurant to celebrate our son's college graduation. Some of us cannot have gluten or soy. We received a confirmation call the day before in which they asked if we had any food allergies (impressive), as a result they presented us with a gluten free menu as soon as we sat down. They have an extensive wine list and sometimes have a gf bread loaf option. Our server was not very knowledgeable, however, he did inform the chef. Chef Stieger was amazing! He visited tableside to be sure we had a safe and delicious experience. He clearly understood how to prevent cross contamination. The grilled brussels (olive oil) and steak were outstanding. Because of the professional and kind actions of this wonderful chef we were able to enjoy dining out without getting sick for the first time in quite awhile.
