It's completely gluten free BUT it isn't very good. There isn't much flavor and the cannoli just tastes like sugar. It's also overpriced. For a Blondie and 2 cannolis I paid $17 and I honestly don't even want to finish them because it just tastes like eating a brick of sugar. Pass on this place.
