While the place is completely gluten-free, and I didn’t get sick, the quality was subpar. This place is, unfortunately, vegan, and they use Daiya, which is the most disgusting vegan cheese I’ve ever had. This completely ruins all of the sandwiches/panini that have cheese on them, so I would recommend saying no cheese. I also got a lemon muffin, which was good after I scraped all the frosting off, and a cinnamon roll which tasted all right, but was so sweet that I felt like I was going to vomit after eating it. They fall into that trap of adding extra sugar to make up for the lack of flavor, when they could instead just make a better tasting recipe using a wider variety of gluten-free flours.
