Symptomatic Celiac

I ordered from Jersey Mike’s for the first time and watched them make the sandwich. While a chain can never completely eliminate cross- contamination, I felt they did a good job doing what they could. I have Celiacs and am very sensitive to any gluten, but had no reactions, so I would order from there again. The sandwich was really good and unlike many places the roll was not dried out.

I LOVE this place! They’re always so kind and awesome about preparing my food. Staff is very knowledgeable and get a lot of gf customers. So yummy. I haven’t been sick so far

Love Jersey mikes. The workers at every location I’ve been to (including this one!) are knowledgeable about celiacs and take precautions by making the sandwich on a separate tray and by pulling all ingredients out of the back so there’s no cross contamination. I always feel very safe eating here and the subs are delishhhh

I love Jersey Mike’s. They’re always so careful to clean the equipment and make my sandwich on its own tray with its own utensils. The staff is always so accommodating and friendly.

I've been here several times and so far no problems. They clean the grill if you are gf and take precautions.

I have gone here twice and gotten their gluten-free sandwiches. They always clean the area, change their gloves, and keep the sandwich on its paper. They also have bowls available too, but I have not tried them.

I have not personally had any reactions to them.

The younger male here asked if I was allergy changed gloves cleaned the equipment used to slic my meat and cheese. He used the squeeze bottle of mayo and mustard. I was very happy overall here

My fiancé has been glutened from here twice in the span of 1 year. Maybe been here 4 times in all of 2024. She gets no sauce and no oil. Just a turkey provolone with lettuce on a gluten free roll and she adds toppings at home to limit cross contamination. Has not stopped her from getting glutened twice now. Will not ever go back to this location.
