If you don’t mind lettuce wrap as a sandwich this is fine
I went in during the lunch rush, when it was my turn to order I told them I needed a gluten free sub. They asked if it was preference or allergy, so I just said it was an allergy. And then they said oh it is going to be a minute then because we will need to clean the whole food line. I then said I though they had a dedicated space to prepare the GF sandwich and then they said well we do, we can make it on that if you want, and I was like… yes?? They then proceeded to tell everyone behind me that it would be awhile before getting to their orders because I needed a GF sub. They ended up accommodating and I did not get glutened and I of course was very appreciative, but the front end of the experience was not the greatest.

Ordered a gluten free sub. They made it in a different area and changed their gloves and made sure the surface was clean. Great service

They wiped down the counter, changed gloves, washed hands, used a piece of sub paper to make the sub on, and got out a clean knife to cut the sub with. The process seemed to take them an extra few minutes and thankfully they weren’t busy. They said the sub bread is made by Udi’s. Tasted like the Udi’s soft white bread that’s sold at most grocery stores. The sub was great and they were very friendly and happy to go through their GF process.
Staff goes above and beyond to ensure there is no cross contamination.

$2.50 extra for gluten-free bread. Sandwiches are good. They were pretty good with precautions. Still, if I were super sensitive, I’d be worried about the amount of wheat flour crumbs floating around.

Service took a while. I ordered ahead of time even. I waited around 15 minutes once I arrived and was told it would take longer because of my allergy. Overall bread was hard and fell apart while eating it.

I stopped by on a Sunday afternoon to get a gf sub. They asked allergy or preference, wiped down the counter, put down paper, used a clean knife, changed gloves, and were cool about grabbing toppings from the back. They even moved the sandwich to fresh paper at the end of the line instead of wrapping in the paper that had sat on crumbs. Altogether I was impressed! At most locations I have to correct things as I go down the line, but the two staff who interacted with me here seemed very well trained on gf protocols.

They ask if you have an allergy or preference when it comes to the gluten free bread. After stating I have an allergy they cleaned the slicer, the counter, and all of the staff switched gloves. A new employee had accidentally used the mayo knife so they gave me new bread and then they use the squeeze bottle of mayo to prevent cross contamination. Everyone was very friendly, understanding, and aware of how to handle my allergy.

Amazing processes and protocols for safe handling of gluten free sandwiches to avoid cross contact. They explained their protocol to me without me prompting or asking any leading questions, showing me that know how to prevent cross contact.
