Review of Jersey Mike's Subs

Told them I was Celiac. Manager starts cutting the meat on dirty cutter, bread crumbs everywhere. Asked him don’t you wipe the machine and he replied that all the meat is gluten free. Then he cleaned the machine. 🙁 Every time I go there, it’s pretty clear that the manager doesn’t like taking the time to clean first. I try to go when they aren’t busy so I don’t hold up the line, but I guess it doesn’t matter to this manager. Any time is an inconvenience. Next time I will go to a different location.
