I was thrilled to find I could still get to enjoy a hand-crafted sandwich made on a GLUTEN FREE "sandwich roll" that didn't compromise taste or texture, thanks to them offering Udi's sub rolls here!

I have been here a total of 3 times for GF sandwiches over the past 4 months & each time the staff has been very careful & conscientious. They put on fresh gloves & prepare my sandwich in an appropriate separate area that has been cleaned & they use tools that are separate from everything else.

They care a lot about cross contamination. They took the time and wiped the meat slicer, changed gloves, got a special GF cutting board and knife, and grabbed ingredients from the back so there was no CC. Highly recommend!

In the past, I have had great experiences here. They make my sub quickly and in a separate area. Today, they had to be reminded to make it on the other side, and when the meat was cut, they took my sandwich and set it by the regular subs. They completed the sandwich there, and when I asked about it, they seemed very confused. I am bummed that I don’t think I can eat there any more

They have a gluten free sub roll and they do an amazing job at making sure everything is GF safe! One of the managers and the franchisee both have Celiac so they make sure everyone is safe!
