First off sub shops always make me nervous but the staff was so friendly when we informed them we had celiac before ordering the gluten free sub. They have a separate slicer for everything, clean knife, table and entire prep area!! Holy moly was that sub HUGE and tasty! Highly recommend if your in the mood for a great sub! I had the Italian and my partner got the club supreme!

The staff was amazing. They knew about celiac and have there own staging area! Everyone was so nice and made sure that only the one worker touched and prepared our food. The Club Supreme was delicious

I haven’t had a sub in YEARS. We went today and the first guy didn’t know much when I started asking about gluten free, but another girl immediately popped over and started teaching the young man, and/walking him through gluten free allergy procedure. Sub was expensive but oh so good! So far I have not gotten sick either!

I will say they gave their best effort. Changed gloves, wiped down everything. However it's still shared equipment and I believe CC was still in play. We dined in, took our time, and about 30 minutes after eating my son, unfortunately, got sick right there in the restaurant :( Staff was super nice to this embarrassed mama. Great subs... But I would not recommend for those with celiac disease.

Staff is knowledgeable. Udi’s roll is individually wrapped and then cut with separate knife for GF orders. Slicer was cleaned and gloves changed. Sandwich was made in front of me on parchment paper, not the cutting board. The only thing I will do different next time is ask for only one person to handle my sandwich. Overall, a very nice experience and the sandwich (turkey and provolone) was amazing!
