We have eaten here 2 times and both times the staff was very knowledgeable of cross contamination. I asked a million question because my son has celiac and I am very nervous but the staff was extremely patient. I would absolutely recommend for Celiacs!
Went here two days ago and they were very knowledgeable. He even wiped down the meat slicer while he cleaned the line to make sure that my GF sub could be made safely. It made me feel very comfortable eating there since they took so many precautions. All of the meats and cheeses that I asked about were GF, so the sky is the limit on which sub you want!
Yes
I would give it 0 if I could. I had just called and asked and was informed that the only thing gluten free was their bun. I was informed that none of their meats or cheeses were gluten free! Why have a gluten free bun. If you dont have anything gluten free to go in it? Why have a gluten free bun if you dont train your employees to understand what is gluten free or not. Or trained to get a manager?
No
The staff was so knowledgeable about cross contamination! They announced that they were wiping everything down, everyone changed their gloves and I got a new knife to cut the sandwich. I was shocked to see this at a fast food place! The staff was so amazing and friendly.
Yes
Gluten free bread option first of all, which was great. Secondly, the staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and very well-trained. They had an entirely different staff person make my sandwich on a different surface, and when I had questions about what toppings might contain gluten, they were able to my answer my questions without a problem. I had an excellent sandwich and a great experience! The staff was also very kind and were great in general.
Yes
love the sandwiches. and they are careful.
Yes
$2.50 extra for gluten-free bread. Sandwiches are good. They were pretty good with precautions. Still, if I were super sensitive, I’d be worried about the amount of wheat flour crumbs floating around.

Service took a while. I ordered ahead of time even. I waited around 15 minutes once I arrived and was told it would take longer because of my allergy. Overall bread was hard and fell apart while eating it.

I stopped by on a Sunday afternoon to get a gf sub. They asked allergy or preference, wiped down the counter, put down paper, used a clean knife, changed gloves, and were cool about grabbing toppings from the back. They even moved the sandwich to fresh paper at the end of the line instead of wrapping in the paper that had sat on crumbs. Altogether I was impressed! At most locations I have to correct things as I go down the line, but the two staff who interacted with me here seemed very well trained on gf protocols.

They ask if you have an allergy or preference when it comes to the gluten free bread. After stating I have an allergy they cleaned the slicer, the counter, and all of the staff switched gloves. A new employee had accidentally used the mayo knife so they gave me new bread and then they use the squeeze bottle of mayo to prevent cross contamination. Everyone was very friendly, understanding, and aware of how to handle my allergy.

Amazing processes and protocols for safe handling of gluten free sandwiches to avoid cross contact. They explained their protocol to me without me prompting or asking any leading questions, showing me that know how to prevent cross contact.
